IT Helpdesk
Responsibilities :
- Organize, monitor, and maintain the company’s IT related to support the business needs
- Provide direct assistance and basic knowledge to the employees in order to operates computer and information technology devices
- Supervising IT Deployment staffs and ensuring staff development program.
- Equipment repair, maintaining server / database and communication networks.
- Helping to diagnose and resolve problems with malfunctioning components.
- Determining system reload and backup procedures for database and critical applications.
- Troubleshooting networking LAN, software, hardware, mikrotik, server & NAS
Requirements :
- Male
- Maximum age 30 years
- Have experience in IT Support minimum 1 year
- Minimum education D3 or S1 in Information Technology
- Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation
- Has a strong will, honest, and responsible
- Able to work in a team
- Prefer domicile at jakarta
