IT Helpdesk

Responsibilities :


  • Organize, monitor, and maintain the company’s IT related to support the business needs
  • Provide direct assistance and basic knowledge to the employees in order to operates computer and information technology devices
  • Supervising IT Deployment staffs and ensuring staff development program.
  • Equipment repair, maintaining server / database and communication networks.
  • Helping to diagnose and resolve problems with malfunctioning components.
  • Determining system reload and backup procedures for database and critical applications.
  • Troubleshooting networking LAN, software, hardware, mikrotik, server & NAS


Requirements :

  • Male
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Have experience in IT Support minimum 1 year
  • Minimum education D3 or S1 in Information Technology
  • Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation
  • Has a strong will, honest, and responsible
  • Able to work in a team
  • Prefer domicile at jakarta
